The booking page shows your exact total from your address before you confirm, a $50 deposit holds the slot and comes off the bill, and the rest is paid after the visit.
What the price includes
- Every fold, not just the lip. Our four-step treatment, worked into the whole gasket channel with a brush, dried down between steps, and finished with a stain-remover gel wherever the rubber is marked.
- The machine-cleaning tablet. We leave one with you to run through the empty drum a few hours later, so the drum and plumbing finish the job the gasket started.
- Any front-loader. LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, GE, Bosch, Electrolux, Maytag, Frigidaire, Miele, and whatever else is in the closet. Stacked pairs and tight laundry closets are normal for us; we do not charge extra for a hard-to-reach machine.
- About 30 minutes, and an honest read on what we found. If the rubber is torn or perished, we tell you on the spot and point you to an appliance tech instead of charging for a cleaning that will not hold.
What it doesn’t include
Two things, and we would rather you know them before you book. First, we clean gaskets; we do not replace them. A seal that is physically damaged is a replacement question for an appliance repair technician, and replacement usually runs several times the cost of a cleaning once parts and labor are in. Second, the black staining. The mold comes out completely; the dark marks it leaves in the rubber usually fade rather than vanish, because they have soaked into the material itself. We put that on every page of this site because it is true, and a company that promises otherwise is promising something the rubber cannot deliver.
